The large resort of Telluride is located in Colorado, USA, with a huge 88.2km of slopes and 11.9km of marked ski routes that will keep even the most experienced skiers and snowboarders entertained during their stay. There are 17 ski lifts in total, ferrying guests around the resort, and there are elevations between 2,659m and 3,815m above sea level.
There are 6.7km of easy blue slopes, 51.7km of intermediate red slopes and 29.8km of difficult black slopes available at the resort, which should give skiers and snowboarders of all abilities more than enough to contend with. The slopes are known for not becoming too overcrowded during the winter season, ensuring smooth accessible skiing is available at a moment’s notice at the resort. Those who want to challenge themselves should either try the Galloping Goose, which is the longest slope at the resort at 7km in length and the most difficult course known as Millions at 1km in length. Other noteworthy slopes include Magnolia, Sundance, Lookout and Plunge. In addition, there is a course with time measurement on the Butterfly slope, for those with a competitive streak.
