Big White ski resort is located in the beautiful Kootenay Boundary District of Canada. This breath-taking resort offers everything needed for a perfect time on and off the slopes.
There are 105km of slopes and elevations between 1508m and 2285m. The slopes are divided into three categories: easy runs take up 18.9km of snow filled slopes, medium runs 56.7km and difficult runs 29.4km. The 12 available lifts are modern quad chair lifts which provide extra speed and comfort when going up the mountains.
Dining at the resort is an all-together delicious experience. The Tapas bar serves incredible food, with a cool atmosphere and wonderful staff. The Woods restaurant offers an outdoor dining experience with a BBQ on the go; fresh meats cooked to perfection always a winning choice. For a snack on the go the “Smoky and Beer” combo is a favourite.
For night entertainment guests are able to visit the Blarney Store Irish Tavern. This is a wonderful venue, however advanced booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
If you want to spend more time on the slopes night skiing is available Tuesday to Saturday, Horse drawn sledging and dinner tour, and to keep the kids occupied there is a great children’s centre.
