The Kicking Horse – Golden is an alpine ski resort in the Columbia-Shuswap Regional District of British Columbia and offers some of Canada's best skiing and snowboarding experiences, with over 4 alpine bowls, a tubing and terrain park. With elevations between 1,190 and 2,450 meters and over 100 kilometers of varied terrain, uncrowded trails and stunning views of the Kootenay Rockies, it ensures that winter sports enthusiasts of all age and ability can indulge in their passion to their hearts content.

20km of blue runs provide terrain that will help skiers gain confidence as well as skills. Whilst the 20 kilometers of red, 60 kilometers of black runs and the resorts high altitudes, require skill and endurance from skiers whilst rewarding them with astonishing views and unforgettable moments. The Ski school offers lessons for all ages and abilities and is a terrific way to learn to ski or snowboard in a comfortable, structured setting.

Residents and visitors have a lot to take advantage of at The Kicking Horse with skiing as just the pinnacle. There is a wealth of other amenities and attractions. Night skiing allows people to come and ski and board under the stars! Pass holders can experience exhilarating tubing in the tubing park, skating rink and enjoy the numerous restaurants and après ski bars on offer.
