Lake Louise ski resort is located at Banff & Lake Louuise, Alberta’s Rockies, Alberta, Canada. This is a large resort offering guests a magnificent 139km of varied slopes. There are 7 operational lifts working daily to transport guests up the mountain. Elevations at Lake Louise are between 1,646 and 2,637m.
Situated in the heart of Banff National Park, Lake Louise is truly a wonderful place, offering some of the most spectacular landscapes which isn’t surprising for one of the largest ski resorts in North America.
This welcoming, family-friendly resort has a distinctive layout, with groups and families of mixed skiing abilities being able to ski together, the resort provides easy, intermediate and expert terrains from every chair. Beginners and intermediate skiers and snowboarders are able to appreciate a wide variety of gentle slopes. Expert skiers will explore endless chutes, glades, gullies and remote bowls in some of the Rockies' most challenging terrain. In total there are 35km of easy, a whopping 62km of intermediate and 42km of difficult terrain. The longest run is ‘Top of the World’ to ‘Temple Lodge’ to ‘Base Station’ which is 8km in total. The lost difficult run is the ‘Look Out Chutes’ 1.5km of thrilling winter ports.
